Shanghai Hilights Law Office, evolving from Jiangsu Tongren Law Offices (Shanghai) founded in 1995 and JC Master Law Offices (Shanghai) founded in 1998, was restructured and established by lawyer Ma Shanquan and Zhu Jiugao after associating with principal lawyers from the other two Shanghai local law firms in the belief of the Strongers- combination to form a law firm with the characteristic of supplying investment and financing legal service.
